Workout A

  • Squat pattern (goblet squat) – 3×8–12

Workout B

FAST: minimum viable fasting

Start with:

  • 12-hour kitchen closed (e.g., finish dinner 7pm → first meal 7am)

  • If that’s easy after a week, nudge it to 13–14 hours

This supports insulin sensitivity (without turning your life into punishment).

Do this for 7 nights:
